Charles Wah is the founder of Gateway Group, a Hamilton-based real estate development company specializing in infill developments and multiplex homes. Their projects are designed to create versatile, often multi-unit homes that meet the needs of first-time homebuyers and inter-generational families.
In addition to his work at Gateway Group, Charles co-developed a course on infill developments, equipping aspiring developers with the tools and knowledge to navigate urban real estate projects.

He also serves as a Director on the West End Home Builders Association board, where he supports initiatives focused on building communities.
