Darren is Director of Operations with Enbridge Sustain in Toronto.  In this role he leads the team accountable for Sustain’s construction activities, third party dealer network as well as customer experience. Darren was formerly Director of Customer Care where he led the integration to a single integrated Customer System and implemented a multi-year digital channel transformation program. He has held other roles in business development, energy conservation and marketing analytics in his 25 year career at Enbridge and previously at a large energy retailer
