Ike Keesmaat is the President of Keesmaat Homes, a premiere custom home builder based out of Norfolk County and Haldimand County, with homes for sale in Simcoe, Waterford, Jarvis, Delhi & Haldimand-Norfolk. Purchasing and building his first home at the age of 19, the company has grown over the last 20 years to building custom homes across Haldimand and Norfolk.  Currently, Keesmaat Homes has 3 active subdivisions with 2 upcoming townhouse subdivisions in the works. They pride themselves on quality built homes, and establishing great relationships with all their home owners through quality, honesty and integrity.

Keesmaat Homes is an active member in their community, supporting several local sports teams and a variety of community events every year. He is the current president of the Haldimand Norfolk Home Builders Association. Ike has thorough enjoyed his role as president, finding the opportunity exciting and receiving exceptional responses from local builders, members and their partner municipalities. This positive energy and growth at the local HBA level has pushed him to continue advocating for changes and getting more involved with not only the local HBA but the greater OHBA as well.
