Santiago Zuluaga is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Centre for the Sustainable Built Environment in the Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering at the University of Toronto. His current work focuses on assessing the potential of Circular Economy principles to reduce embodied greenhouse gas emissions in the construction sector. Santiago completed his PhD in Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto, focusing on the meaning and assessment of value for large infrastructure systems and its alignment with sustainability objectives.
