Phil Santana is the Director of Sustainability at Mattamy Homes Canada with over a decade of consulting and development experience. He is tasked with understanding the known and discovering the unknown systems within the homebuilding industry to enact Mattamy’s Sustainability efforts to decarbonize and provide positive impacts to their communities. He has led roles on both the land development and home building sides of the business including whole building lifecycle assessments, strategy, project and financial management, negotiations, contracts, and coaching and mentoring.
