Pat Daniels, General Manager of Construction Operations at Glenview Homes, has been in the residential construction industry for close to 30 years. Pat is deeply involved in the association network. At the local level, Pat is the current President and former Chair of the GOHBA Builder Trade Council. At the provincial level, Pat sits on the OHBA Board of Directors and Builder Developer Council building code subcommittee, and nationally, he serves on the CHBA Board of Directors. Pat has also participated in task groups including but not limited to Tarion’s CPG Guidelines, the amalgamation of Building Code, and the High-Performance Guideline task group.
