Carl is the Senior Manager, Sustainability at Minto Communities Canada and has a decade of experience leading the sustainability strategy across low, mid and high-rise communities within the GTA. Carl is dedicated to creating better places for people to call home by making them more efficient, comfortable, healthier, and more resilient. Current noteworthy projects include Minto Communities’ first high-rise geoexchange system at our North Oak community in Oakville as well as our first Net Zero homes within the GTA at our Union Village community in Markham. Carl’s passion comes from a love for the outdoors, wildlife, and doing my part to mitigate the impact of climate change for my son and daughter – so that they can continue to enjoy and respect the natural world and appreciate the immense value that it provides humanity.
