David is the President of Renfroe Land Management, which specializes in land development, strategic planning, value engineering and financial cost management.  David has 26 years of land development and construction experience between Europe, the United States of America and Canada, calling Ottawa home since 2005.  David sits on the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Builder Developer Council.  David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration, graduating both with Honors.
