Leigh St. Hilaire is the Executive Director of Volta Research and has extensive technical and project management experience within the renewable energy, power utility, product testing, and research sectors. Leigh works with low-rise housing stakeholders in Canada to research how best to reduce the energy consumption and emissions of residential buildings while increasing their affordability.
