Lucas is a Technical Services Representative at the Ready-Mixed Concrete Association of Ontario. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Brazil and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, he specializes in concrete and related materials.

In his role, Lucas oversees the certification program for concrete plants, certifying over 90 % of the Ontario ready-mixed market. He actively participates in various industry committees, contributing to the advancement of concrete production practices in Ontario.
