A dedicated advocate for his community, Rob has proudly represented Elgin-Middlesex-London since 2022. He is a lifelong businessman who was appointed to the role of Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing in March of 2025, after previously serving as Minister of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness in 2024-2025, as well as Associate Minister of Housing in 2023-2024.

He began his business career with Masterfeeds Inc. as a Sales Trainee and became its President and CEO in 1993, a position he held for nearly thirty years. Under his leadership the company significantly expanded its footprint throughout Canada.
He is the founder of an annual golf tournament called the Charity Classic, which supports the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and Camp Trillium, and has served as Director and Chair of the London International Airport and past Chair of St. Peter’s Seminary Foundation.
