Natasha Paikin is the Director of Client Experience at New Horizon Development Group (NHDG), where she leads the successful design, marketing, sale, lease, occupancy, closing, and service of new residential communities from high-rise towers to mid- and low-rise homes. Her work is guided by a commitment to sustainability and affordability.
 
Over its 30-year history, NHDG has delivered more than 4,000 residential units across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), with over 10% purpose-built for rental, nearly 80% powered by geothermal heating and cooling, and over 20% offered as affordable homes either for sale or rent.
 
The company’s current purpose-built rental development under construction — bringing 356 new units to Oakville — is slated for occupancy in Q1 2027.
 
Most recently, NHDG completed 870 Queenston Road, Hamilton’s first open-market, multi-residential LEED-certified high-rise rental building, which includes 20% below-market units — a milestone in sustainable and inclusive housing.
 
Natasha is currently serving her fifth year on the West End Home Builders’ Association (WE HBA) Board of Directors, third year on the Tarion Industry Advisory Council, and is an inaugural member of both the OHBA U40 Advisory Group and the CHBA Women in Residential Construction Council.
