Jill Hogan is the Commissioner of Development Services for the Town of Milton – Over the course of 25 years, Jill has worked in the municipal land use planning field and has successfully led teams at the City of Brampton, City of Toronto and most recently at the Town of Milton.  Jill has built a reputation based on her ability and drive to formulate innovative approaches to achieve high quality urban development through creative collaborations with Council, community stakeholders and developers.  She holds the designation of Registered Professional Planner (RPP) through the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
