Cheryl Shindruk has a Master’s degree in City Planning and Bachelor of Human Ecology. Under her leadership since 2003, Geranium continues to obtain approvals for largescale masterplanned developments, redevelopment sites, and complex infill developments across southern Ontario. A long-time BILD volunteer, Shindruk was Chair 2019-20, past Chair of Simcoe Chapter, and a 2024 BILD Hall of Fame inductee.  A past Board member of Unionville Home Society, she currently serves on the Board of the Canada Ireland Foundation.
